Cancellation policy:
Credit card details are required in order to confirm the booking. In the event of credit card details not available, a cheque deposit will be required. Rooms will not be confirmed until this is received. Deposits are non refundable. We reserve the right to debit credit cards and take full payment of the booking for cancellations within 1 week of arrival date, or in the event of a no-show.

We accept most major credit cards.

We accept no liability for any damage/loss to vehicles or property while staying at The Don.

Any damages must be paid for.
